West River Street Streetscape

The utility undergrounding will be completed in 2025.

The project includes sidewalks, curbs, gutters, crosswalks, ADA accessibility, landscaping, lighting, utility undergrounding, storm drainage improvements, and parking improvements. This project includes streetscape design for West River Street between Bridge Street and Riverside Drive/Mill Street. This project also includes undergrounding utilities between 10331 West River Street to 10083 East River Street. The Town has selected a consultant team headed by Lumos and Associates to develop the plans. Ruppert, Inc. is the prime contractor.

Updates have been made to the plans since this date. If you are a property owner and your individual agreement shows changes; that is the plan you should refer to.
