6. 4:05 CONSENT CALENDAR - Written comment recieved prior to 8:00 am on Tuesday will be distributed to Council for review.

6.1 Minutes of April 1, April 23, Regular and Closed Session and April 29, 2019.
Recommended Action: Approve the Minutes.
6.2 Adoption of Resolutions Levying Special Taxes for Town of Truckee Community Facilities Districts—Resolution 2019-21 for CFD 2013-1 Brickelltown Maintenance District, Resolution 2019-22 for CFD 2015-1 Joerger Ranch Trail Maintenance and Transit District, Resolution 2019-23 for CFD 2017-2 Railyard Transit and Maintenance District.
Recommended Action: 1) Increase the base special tax by the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index or Consumer Price Index for the Town of Truckee Community Facilities Districts; 2) Adopt Resolution 2019-21 to set the special tax assessments for the Brickelltown Maintenance District (Community Facilities District 2013-1); 3) Adopt Resolution 2019-22 to set the special tax assessments for the Joerger Ranch Trail Maintenance and Transit District (Community Facilities District 2015-1); and 4) Adopt Resolution 2019-23 to set the special tax assessments for the Railyard Transit and Maintenance District (Community Facilities District 2017-2).
6.3 Claim for Damages against the Town of Truckee.
Recommended Action: Reject the Claim for Damages against the Town of Truckee filed by 21st Century Insurance on behalf of Renee Giometti.
6.4 Three year Contract with Host Compliance for Transient Occupancy Tax related services.
Recommended Action: Authorize the Town Manager to execute a three-year contract with Host Compliance LLC for the provision of services related to Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) collections for the Town for an amount not to exceed $105,000 per year for Fiscal 2019/2020 through 2021/2022.
6.5 Defining Success of 100% Renewable Electricity by 2020 Goal.
Recommended Action: Adopt the definition of success for the 100% renewable electricity for Town facilities by 2020 goal as outlined in the staff report.
6.6 Letter of Support for the Truckee Fire Protection District funding agreement with Placer County.
Recommended Action: Authorize the Mayor to sign a letter of support for the Truckee Fire Protection District agreement with Placer County.

7.1 Housing Element Update.
Recommended Action: Provide direction to staff.

Town of Truckee Redevelopment Successor Agency – Notice of Cancellation

The May 14, 2019 regular meeting of the Redevelopment Successor Agency is hereby cancelled. Regular meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, immediately following the Town of Truckee Council meeting.

Town of Truckee Public Financing Authority – Notice of Cancellation

The May 14, 2019 regular meeting of the Truckee Public Financing Authority is hereby cancelled. Regular meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, immediately following the Town of Truckee Council meeting.

NOTE: As a sustainable practice, a separate agenda for the Truckee Redevelopment Successor Agency and Public Financing Authority will be provided only if there are items to consider. If the meeting is cancelled, the agenda will be combined with the Council Agenda. If there are items for the Truckee Redevelopment Successor Agency and Public Financing Authority to consider a separate agenda for that body will be produced.
