6. CONSENT CALENDAR

6.1 Minutes of January 22, 2019.
Recommended Action: Approve Minutes.
6.2 Treasurer’s Report for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2018.
Recommended Action: Accept and file report.
6.3 Contract Award with Melton Design Group for the West River Site Park Design and budget amendment.
Recommended Action: Authorize the Town Manager to enter into an agreement with Melton Design Group in the amount of $309,099 to complete Phase 1 and 2 of the West River Site Park Design scope of work; Authorize a 10% contingency for a total authorized amount of $340,008; and Approve an update to the FY2018-19 Capital Improvement Project budget for project C1817 to add $100,000 in grant funding for design.

7. DISCUSSION ITEMS

7.1 STAFF REPORT – Presentation of Truckee Public Agency Partnership Multiple Site Planning Study.
Recommended Action: Accept the Truckee Public Agency Partnership Multiple Site Planning Study and provide direction to staff regarding discussions with Truckee Donner Recreation and Park District, Truckee Tahoe Airport District, and stakeholders about possible collaboration and real property negotiations.
7.2 STAFF REPORT – Report on Truckee Library Management Discussion with Nevada County Recommendation not to Pursue Town Management of the Library, and Update on Library Improvements.
Recommended Action: Direct staff to end discussion with Nevada County regarding the potential for Town management of the Truckee Library and maintain County management of library services; and authorize staff time to continue to support Nevada County implementation of library service improvements.
7.3 STAFF REPORT - Mountain Housing Council – Policy Platform.
Recommended Action: Review and accept the Policy Platform by the Mountain Housing Council.
7.4 STAFF REPORT – Truckee History-Railroad Museum request for below marketing rate lease in the Depot and request to extend Truckee Donner Railroad Society caboose tenancy.
Recommended Action: Authorize the Town Manager to enter into a lease agreement with Truckee History-Railroad Museum to locate a History-Railroad Museum within the Depot; and provide staff direction regarding Truckee Donner Railroad Society’s request to extend the term of the Railroad Museum caboose lease within the Depot wester parking lot.

Town of Truckee Redevelopment Successor Agency – Notice of Cancellation

The February 12, 2019 regular meeting of the Redevelopment Successor Agency is hereby cancelled. Regular meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, immediately following the Town of Truckee Council meeting.

Town of Truckee Public Financing Authority – Notice of Cancellation

The February 12, 2019 regular meeting of the Truckee Public Financing Authority is hereby cancelled. Regular meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, immediately following the Town of Truckee Council meeting.

NOTE: As a sustainable practice a separate agenda for the Truckee Redevelopment Successor Agency and Public Financing Authority will be provided only if there are items to consider. If the meeting is cancelled the agenda will be combined with the Council Agenda. If there are items for the Truckee Redevelopment Successor Agency and Public Financing Authority to consider a separate agenda for that body will be produced.
