The Town Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining all official Town records in compliance with State, Federal, and Local regulations.
Per California Government Code Section 6250, et seq., Public Records Act, please allow staff ten (10) days to respond to your request.
The Town of Truckee has many documents available online for public research like Town Council agendas and minutes, Planning Commission agendas and minutes, budget information as well as various boards and committees; and the staff reports provided in order for each governing body to make their decision.
