Frishman Hollow II
Frishman Hollow II will provide an additional 68 affordable housing rental units within the community.

These rental units are available for those that qualify based on low to moderate income levels (up to 120% Area Median Income Levels). More information about Frishman Hollow can be found here.
Truckee Artist Lofts
The Truckee Artist Lofts project, currently under construction, was the first approved project within the Railyard Master Plan Area. It was envisioned as a mixed use/mixed income neighborhood that would provide new high-density housing Downtown.
The applicants have been working to guide the project to construction; and, through this effort, the project has evolved since the initial project approval in May 2016.
