Accessory Dwelling Unit Information
Accessory Dwelling Units, also known as Granny Units or ADUs are a great way to add income-generating capacity to your property, provide rental housing for locals, or a place for extended family to live.
The Town is working to make building ADUs a lot easier. Over the next few months, staff will be working to develop materials and a new program to make the process easier for homeowners to navigate. Please contact the Housing Program Manager to learn more at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (530) 582-2492.
