The entire Town of Truckee is declared a snow area and all structures are required to be engineered. To obtain a snow load for your particular parcel see Table 1 below. If multiple
snow loads are indicated, fax or
email the Community Development Department, the Division of Building and Safety with your assessor's parcel number. A copy of the ordinance adopting the
snow loads is included in
Appendix A.
