What is a Climate Action Plan?

A Climate Action Plan (CAP) guides community-wide efforts to reduce global warming emissions and to achieve several other associated benefits, such as improved public health, increased energy affordability, and improved access to green jobs.

CoolCalifornia.org explains the process of creating a Climate Action Plan and has examples of other California Cities that have successfully implemented a Plan.
