1. CALL TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL: Board Members; Green, Brown, deRyk Jones, Vice Chair Anderson, and Chair Wallace Dee.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Board on items which are not on this agenda. Please state your name for the record. Comments are limited to three minutes. Written comments should be submitted to the Redevelopment Secretary 24 hours prior to the meeting to allow for distribution. Under state law the Board cannot take action on an item not on the agenda. The Board may choose to acknowledge the comment or, where appropriate, briefly answer a question, refer the matter to staff, or set the item for discussion at a future meeting.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR
5.1 Minutes of May 6, 2010 Closed Session and Regular.
Recommended Action: Approve Minutes.
6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
6.1 Truckee Thursdays Event for 2010.
Recommended Action: Authorize the Executive Director to enter into an agreement with the Truckee Downtown Merchants Association (TDMA) in support of Truckee Thursdays with up to $20,00 in match funding towards the event budget; and authorize the transfer of up to $4,600 from the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) budget to the Town of Truckee Parking District Enterprise Fund for parking costs, for total of $24,600.
7. CLOSED SESSION
7.1 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS – Property: leasehold interest in the parking area associated with Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, east of McIver Crossing roundabout on the south side of Donner Pass Road, and the north side of West River Street, Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer, and Kelly Beede, Parking Services District Manager, negotiators; price and terms under negotiations; Government Code Section 54956.8.
