2. ROLL CALL: Board Members; Green, Brown, deRyk Jones, Vice Chair Anderson, and Chair Wallace Dee.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT - This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Board on items which are not on this agenda. Please state your name for the record. Comments are limited to three minutes. Written comments should be submitted to the Redevelopment Secretary 24 hours prior to the meeting to allow for distribution. Under state law the Board cannot take action on an item not on the agenda. The Board may choose to acknowledge the comment or, where appropriate, briefly answer a question, refer the matter to staff, or set the item for discussion at a future meeting.
5. CONSENT CALENDAR
5.1 Minutes of April 15, 2010.
Recommended Action: Approve Minutes.
5.2 Redevelopment Agency/Parking District Agreement.
Recommended Action: Authorize the Executive Director to execute the Agreement for Parking Management and Administrative Services; and adopt Resolution 2010-01 authorizing the Redevelopment Agency fund Downtown parking area lease costs through June 30, 2015.
5.3 Authorize potential funding of Supplemental Educational Revenue Augmentation Funds (SERAF) due May 10, 2010.
Recommended Action: Authorize the Town of Truckee Redevelopment Agency to fund, if required, the SERAF payment of $623,720 by May 10, 2010.
6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
6.1 PUBLIC HEARING – Notice is hereby given that the Public Hearing for the Town of Truckee Redevelopment Agency Five Year Implementation Plan consideration has been Cancelled.
7. ADJOURNMENT
