1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS. This is the time set aside for the public to address the Zoning Administrator on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. Comments are limited to three minutes.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
3.1 October 18, 2012 – Regular Meeting
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS.
4.1 Application No. 12-033/TM (Skislope 3 Chalets Tentative Map); Doug Wallway, Owner/Applicant; 1660 Skislope Way (APN 46-220-02). Denyelle Nishimori, Senior Planner.
The applicant is requesting Tentative Map/Common Interest Development Conversion approval to subdivide a 0.46-acre parcel with four existing attached multi-family residential units into four condominium units and a commonly owned parcel. Approximately 1,492 square feet of floor space as well as a two-car garage and 180 square feet of deck is proposed for each condominium unit.
Staff Recommendation: That the Zoning Administrator determine the project to be exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 1506(b)(3), Projects with No Environmental Impact, and approve the Tentative Map based on the recommended findings and subject to the recommended conditions of approval.
5. ADJOURNMENT. To the next regularly scheduled meeting on December 5, 2012, at Town Hall in the Administrative Center.
