1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS. This is the time set aside for the public to address the Zoning Administrator on any matter not on the agenda. Testimony related to any agendized matter should be addressed at the time that item is considered. Comments are limited to three minutes.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.
3.1 August 15, 2012 – Regular Meeting
4. PUBLIC HEARINGS.
4.1 Application No. 11-026b/TM (Malfitano/Sanders Tentative Map); Michael and Penny Malfitano, Owner; K.B. Foster Civil Engineering, Agent. Jaime LaChance, Senior Planner.
The applicants are requesting approval to subdivide a 35.9-acre, cross-county parcel into three parcels of 8.2 (Town of Truckee), 19.6 (Town of Truckee), and 8.1 acres (Placer County). The project site is proposed to be accessed from Dogwood Road and Palisades Drive which are both publicly maintained roads. The property is located in the Sierra Meadows area, at the western end of Dogwood Road and at the northern end of Palisades Drive (10735 Dogwood Road, Town of Truckee APN 19-470-34 and 10601 Palisades Drive, Placer County APN 080-060-034).
Staff Recommendation: That the Zoning Administrator determine the project to be categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15315, Minor Land Divisions, and approve the Tentative Map based on the recommended findings and subject to the recommended conditions of approval.
5. ADJOURNMENT. To the next regularly scheduled meeting on November 7, 2012, at Town Hall in the Administrative Center.
