6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
6.1 STAFF REPORT – Acceptance of Agreed Upon Procedures Report.
Recommended Action: Approve Resolution 2012-04 accepting the Independent Accountant’s Agreed Upon Procedures for the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund (LMIHF) Due Diligence Report and submit the report to the Oversight Board.
